All items can be returned within 28 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned as new in an un-worn and saleable condition with their labels and packaging, upon receiving the goods we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

How to Return or Exchange
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to EcoOutfitters at your own expense, however, we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
If you return your item by post, your refund should take between 3-5 working days to process, once we have received it back. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. Faulty, Missing or Wrong Items If something that you have bought from us is faulty, missing from your order or we sent you the wrong item, then we are very sorry, and we will be happy to offer you a replacement and refund for your reasonable postage costs of returning it to us. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to arrange your replacement or refund within 28 days of purchase.
